Officer Cooper grew up in northeast Kansas City.  He graduated from Northeast High School in 2016.  Officer Cooper began his career in law enforcement in 2019 with the Overland Park Police Department before moving to Bonner Springs Police Department in 2021.  On his days off Officer Cooper enjoys family time and days lounging at the pool.
