Officer Cullum joined the Bonner Springs Police Department in 2019 after serving the City of Edwardsville Police Department for almost 10 years.  Prior to Edwardsville Officer Cullum worked for the Merriam Police Department.

Officer Cullum is currently assigned as the Bonner Springs Police Department School Resource Officer at the High School.  Officer Cullum is a graduate of the National Association of School Resource Officers training course and holds a national certification.  Officer Cullum is also trained in the forensic interviewing of children through Kansas ChildFirst.  

Officer Cullum earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Law Enforcement Administration from Park University and also holds a Master's Degree in Criminology from Regis University.
