You can pay online at www.bonnersprings.org/paymybill, or you can visit the Utility Clerk at City Hall. The City also accepts direct payment from your bank account for monthly utility bill payments. If you would like to sign up for this service, please complete the Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments form. Forms may be returned to City Hall. Burn permits are free of charge and may be obtained online or at City Hall during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8-5. Please use the Grassland Fire Danger Index link to help you determine if it’s safe to burn. We will not allow burning under Very High or Extreme Fire danger conditions. The burn permit will contain a variety of other conditions that must be met to keep withing requirements to allow burning.

Customers should sign up for water, wastewater and trash service at City Hall, 200 E Third Street. Different utility companies serve specific areas of the city. Contact the utility providers for your location or call City Hall at (913) 667-1717.
