PUBLIC HEARING - BZA-02-21

  1. A request for variances from the Height and Story requirements as listed within the MX/A-1 Zoning Districts. The request is for a maximum height of eight stories and two-hundred feet; from the allowed maximums of three stories or forty-five feet on Lot 1 of Bonner Crossing
  2. A request for variances from the Height and Story requirements as listed within the MX Zoning District. The request is for a maximum height of five stories and eighty feet; from the allowed maximums of three stories and forty-five feet on Lot 2 and 3 of Bonner Crossing
  3. A request for variances from the required parking as set forth within the Zoning Regulations of Bonner Springs; Section 5- All residential uses require a minimum of two spaces per dwelling unit - the request is for a reduction in the number of parking spaces required for residential uses; the reductions are as follows:
    1. 1.65 spaces per dwelling unit in the proposed apartment buildings,
    2. 1 space per unit in the proposed age restricted multi-family residential.
    3. 1 space per five (5) units in the proposed Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities.
