Summer Camp Great Adventure

2022 Camp Great Adventure 

Welcome to Camp Great Adventure! This program provides active fun for school age children in Bonner Springs and surrounding communities. Campers have the opportunity to make crafts, play at parks, participate in organized gym games, go to the library, and participate in various workshops. Children are required to bring a sack lunch, water bottle, two snacks and wear tennis shoes every day. Please label all lunches and backpacks with their first and last name.

Registration will be available 
online or at the Bonner Springs Community Center starting Monday, February 7th, 2022.

There are 9 weeks offered in the summer camp. Program fees can be paid weekly or as a session. A session is 3 consecutive weeks together, there are 3 sessions available.

*To receive the Resident rate, you must live within the City Limits of the City of Bonner Springs. Financial assistance may be available for those who qualify.

Theses forms are to be turned in prior to your child attending camp. If these forms are not on file when you drop off, regardless if you have paid the registration, we will deny your child entry until these forms are received.

Camp GA

Dates: Monday, June 6th - Friday, August 5th, 2022

Session 1: June 6 - June 24

Session 2: June 27 - July 15

Session 3: July 18 - August 5


 Regular Camp Hours: 7:30 AM-5:30 PM

 Before Care: 7:00 AM-7:30 AM (additional fee)

 After Care: 5:30 PM-6:00 PM (additional fee)

Ages: 6 - 12 years old (5 if they have completed Kindergarten)

Registration Deadline: Wednesday before attending week.


**Parent Information Meeting
 on Wednesday, June 1st 6PM-8PM in the Sunflower Room of the Community Center. This introductory meeting will go over all the new required paperwork, meet the staff, go over the typical day at camp, and answer any questions you may have.
