Nettleton Manor is a HUD supported development built in 1979. There are 76 units in the six-story building. It is designed to provide supportive housing for income qualified residents.

Resident Eligibility Guidelines

Residents must be age 62 years of age or older, meet a qualified disability and pass our screening criteria.
