Municipal Court

Bonner Springs Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City of Bonner Springs Government. Traffic and city ordinance violations are processed in this court.  

Court is held in the Bonner Springs Community Center, 200 East Third Street on the Second and Fourth Wednesdays of each month unless a holiday is being observed on one of those dates. Please refer to your ticket for your court date. Trials are in the afternoon between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm and Arraignments at 7:00 pm. Please check your Summons to verify your appearance date and time.

Once you arrive to court, you will  need to sign in so we will have a record of your attendance. Depending on what you are charged with, you may be instructed to see the Court Clerk or to have a seat until your name is called by the Judge or Prosecutor.

Bonner Springs Municipal Court now offers Online Payments on Certain Traffic Violations, or you may call (866) 257-1152 with your ticket number to pay by phone.
