Visitor Information Center
The Visitor Information Center is located in a bright yellow caboose in downtown Centennial Park located at the corner of K-32 (Cedar) and Second Street. The unstaffed Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.—4:30 p.m. Information available at the Center includes city brochures with map, restaurant and lodging brochures and a wide variety of other regional information.
Centennial Park commemorates the city's first 100 years from 1898-1998. The park features a restored Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway caboose, water garden, centennial walkway with engraved bricks, limestone bench and wheat sculpture.
