Owned by Unified School District 204 and operated by the YMCA of Greater Kansas City. This new facility opened in April 2002 and features a modern fitness center with aerobic and strength training equipment, cool and warm-water pools, aerobics studio, community center, gymnasium and nursery care.

The entrance to the YMCA is accessed from 138th Street on the private USD 204 driveway named “Mr. Goodcents Subs and Pastas”, which is adjacent to the high school ball fields and bus barn.
