Neighborhood Revitalization Property Tax Rebate Programs The Neighborhood Revitalization Property Tax Programs help promote Revitalization of the (1) inner urban area of the City, (2) Lake of the Forest, and (3) Northwest Area of the City and Vitalization of (1) the K-7 commercial corridor, (2) a large area extending north to I-70 from the inner urban area, and (3) the area adjacent to the Kansas Speedway. The programs provide the opportunity for property tax rebates on the assessed value of qualifying improvements to any property located in one of the program areas.
