City Seeks Resident Opinion

Bonner Springs, Kansas – The City of Bonner Springs is asking residents to participate in The National Citizen Survey™. The survey is designed to provide a baseline of how the city government is serving residents, to gauge perceptions of the City of Bonner Springs and to make comparisons with peer cities.

Today Mayor Jeff Harrington expressed his hope that all residents will participate in the survey, saying “Bonner Springs is a great community and the results will help to create a better City. I encourage everyone living in Bonner Springs to take the survey and help us chart our community’s future.”

The NCS captures residents’ opinions within three pillars of a community: Community Characteristics, Governance and Participation and across eight central facets of a community, including Safety, Mobility, Natural Environment, Built Environment, Economy, Recreation and Wellness, Education and Enrichment and Community Engagement. The survey will include questions about quality of life, important characteristics of community, services provided by Bonner Springs and priorities for the future. The survey will be available in English and Spanish.
