Street Resurfacing Review
Bonner Springs established a roadway condition index system in 2017 with the support of a specialized contractor. Utilizing that information, a listing of road surface improvements is generated every year to pursue the best value for allocated resources. Staff will review prior year's roadway work and discuss planned improvements for 2021.

Claims for City Operations
Staff enclosed the Supplement Claims for City Operations in the amount of $10,485.83 and the Regular Claims in the amount of $550,167.42.

Public Use Request - Small Business Saturday
Roberta Hicks, Create 2 Day, submitted a Public Use Request
for Saturday, November 28, 2020 for Small Business Saturday. The event includes
closure of Oak Street from Third Street to 117 Oak Street from 9:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.
The applicant has agreed that all participants will adhere
to all State, County and local health orders in effect at the time of the event.
The fee will be waived as Create 2 Day is a registered not-for-profit entity.

Merchant Patrol or Security Patrol Officer License
Walmart has contracted with Universal Protection Service, LLC dba Allied Universal Security Services to patrol their parking lot. Allied Universal Services has an occupational license and has submitted the required application for a security patrol license. Our Municipal Code requires the City Council approve Security Patrol applications similarly to CMB or Massage Therapy applications. Issuance of a license is dependent upon all State and City regulations being met. Staff did not include the application because it contains personal information about the applicant.
