Claims for City Operations
Staff enclosed the Supplement Claims for City Operations in the amount of $61,842.88 and the Regular Claims in the amount of $516,696.23.

4.
League Voting Delegates for Annual Conference Business Meeting
Per K.S.A. 12-1610f, the Governing Body annually selects voting delegates to participate in the League of Kansas Municipalities business and policy session. The session will be held virtually on Friday October 16. 2020. Based on our population, Bonner Springs appoints two delegates. The nomination for the voting delegates for this year are the Mayor and the Council President.
Upon approval, the City Clerk will submit the required forms to the League.

Public Use request - Reschedule Tiblow Trot
On July 13th the City Council approved a Public Use Request for the Tiblow Trot to be held on August 29, 2020. The organizers postponed the event due to weather and are requesting approval for the event to be held on Saturday, September 19, 2020. All other details remain the same.

Public Use Request - Junkers Jamboree
Roberta Hicks on behalf of Shop Bonner submitted a Public Use Request for Saturday, October 3, 2020 . Organizers and participants will be required to adhere to all State, County and local health orders in effect at the time of the event. The event includes closure of Oak Street from Nettleton to Front Street; Second Street from Cedar to Elm and Third Street from Oak to Elm from 6:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m.

Ordinance to Adopt the Uniform Public Offense Code 2020 Edition
The City annually adopts the Uniform Public offense Code prepared by the League of Kansas Municipalities. The City Attorney's office reviewed the 2020 Edition and recommends approval with the same amendments as previous years.

Resolution to Adopt the Kansas Region L Hazard Mitigation Plan 2020
Wyandotte,
Johnson and Leavenworth County officials and public entities within those
counties developed a regional hazard mitigation plan.
The most recent approved
Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) was adopted by the Board of County Commissioners
on 01/09/2020. Local adoption of the plan is a condition to receive hazard
mitigation funds from Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant programs.
