The City Council will consider Consent Agenda items by one motion with no discussion unless the City Council, Staff or the audience requests removal of an item from the Consent Agenda.  The City Council will consider an item removed from the Consent Agenda as the next item after their action on the Consent Agenda.

Claims for City Operations

Staff enclosed the supplement claims for City Operations in the amount of $47,910.56 and the regular claims in the amount of $436,681.82.

Action
Make a motion to approve the claims for City Operations for April 27,2020.
Recommendation
The Finance Director recommends approval.

GSC - Change Order Requests

Please find the attached Change Order Requests for your City Council’s review and approval. This results in Change Order 16 – Police Facility in the amount of $30,553,54.



  • COR 075 – Police Facility: Credit ($2,679.60) to remove security cameras in three (3) interview rooms. This is at the request of the Police Department.
  • COR 078 – Police Facility:  Add $33,233.14 to revise evidence lockers to be ControLoc lockers in lieu of ALB evidence lockers, and to add lockers in Room 127 (former exercise room), including power. This is an owner request.

Make a motion to approve the Change Order Requests as presented.
Recommendation
Design Team recommends approval.
