Claims for City Operations
The supplement claims for city operations in the amount of $ 13,752.97 and the regular claims in the amount of $907,237.27are enclosed.

1.
Award Bid - 2020 Curb and Sidewalk Repair
Curb and sidewalk repair work areas were identified in 2019 and bundled into a single project. The design work was completed and the construction work was sent out for public bid to be completed in 2020. Ten (10) bids were received. The lowest and best apparent bidder is Phoenix Concrete from Olathe.

- Make a motion to approve a contract agreement with Phoenix Concrete in the amount of $232,325.11 for curb and sidewalk repair work.
- Recommendation
- The Public Works Director recommends approval.
2.
Award Contract - 2020 Curb and Sidewalk Construction Oversight
A contract agreement for providing construction oversight and inspection services associated with the Curb and Sidewalk Repair Project. Wilson and Company provided the design plans for the project and Public Works is recommending that they also provide the oversight and inspection services for the project.

- Make a motion to approve a contract agreement with Wilson & Company in the amount of $30,000 for project oversight of the Curb and Sidewalk Repair Project.
- Recommendation
- The Public Works Director recommends approval.
